Hong Kong Weather

The Hong Kong climate and weather has about four different seasons. These are the spring, fall, summer and winter weather seasons. The spring weather is normally composed of a raft of showers and rains. It is from March to May and could bring wonderfully warm days with clear blue skies. The humidity is also relatively mild coupled with some apocalyptic downfalls. You should do well to check the weather ahead of time in order to find a clear patch. The temperature goes very high during these times and could start around 20 degrees till they hit 30 degrees Celsius. The rainfall is also fascinating averaging around 90-120mm throughout the season. You should do well to put on shorts and t-shirts for warmer days and sweater for evenings. You could as well put on goggles and a snorkel coupled with some good waterproofs.

The winter weather in Hong Kong is between mid Decembers to February and is mostly cooler than the other seasons. It is not normal to experience snow and this occurs like once or twice the whole year. The clear days with some little rain indeed do make winter a viable time to travel to Hong Kong. In terms of clothes, you would need to wear sweaters for most of the days coupled with a light jacket or coat for the evenings. The temperatures could be around 17 degrees Celsius. The rainfall is also unreasonably uncommon in winter averaging about 30-40mm.

The last season is the fall which is normally between September and mid December. Indeed it is recognised as the best time to travel to Hong Kong because of the good amount of sunshine. The humidity is quite low and the skies are very bright. You can easily stroll around and enjoy the cities with all its accompanying activities. This particular weather is also the most predictable as there are not too many variations. The average temperature is around 24 degrees Celsius with rainfall very light especially towards the end of the year. You could wear t-shirts and shorts for most of this season coupled with sweaters during the evenings.
